Situated in Craighall Park, and covering Parkhurst, Hyde Park, Blairgowrie, Parktown North, Parkview and Sandton, John Meyer’s Exclusive Gym offers Personal Training, Pilates, Physiotherapy, Biokinetics, Kinesiology, Sports Massage and Vitality Discovery Assessments on an individual and group basis by appointment.

The gym boasts a full spectrum of weight machines and a comprehensive range of dumbbells, cardio equipment – including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes and concept 2 rowers – to enhance Functional and High Intensity Interval Training (HITT).

Our expert trainers are well versed in exercise science and utilize the ongoing support of THE AMERICAN COUNCIL ON EXERCISE (ACE)
