Robyn Gie

Robyn Gie

“What’s your WHY?” She knew hers 11 years ago when she started, what she thought was just a weight loss journey, which has since led her into the health and wellness industry. Robyn is a 43 mother of 2 boys, passionate about fitness and nutrition and people! Having worked as a personal trainer in a large commercial gym, unaligned with her philosophy that the idea of being “fit” and “strong” need not be all about the pain, starvation and harsh self-judgement that has attached itself to fitness, but rather a balanced lifestyle, she moved on to a holistic approach to good health: We need to move our bodies – fact! We need to strive for a colourful nutrient dense diet – fact! And we also need to live through some pretty stressful times, while trying to focus on the many things we can be grateful for. It sounds like a lot to handle, but every day she commits herself to the task. She has always valued her clients as her friends and honours the accountability she holds to help them strive towards their “WHY”. This is the difference between a PERSONAL trainer and a group fitness coach.

To get more in tune with the union of body and mind Natalie pursued Pilates.
